Lee Irvine Appointed Head of Middle East Financial Markets & Real Estate at Simmons & Simmons
The international law firm, Simmons & Simmons has announced the appointment of Lee Irvine as Head of its Middle East Financial Markets & Real Estate practice, covering the firm’s offices in Dubai, Riyadh, and Abu Dhabi.
Irvine brings extensive experience advising financial institutions, public and private companies on conventional debt capital markets, equity capital markets, Islamic finance, and liability management. He has been with Simmons & Simmons for the last eight years and has played a key role in the firm’s growth in the region, helping establish a collaborative team of 19 partners across its three offices.
Commenting on his appointment, Irvine said,
