LEXIA Opens New Office In Abu Dhabi To Strengthen International Presence
LEXIA Opens New Office in Abu Dhabi to Strengthen International Presence
The Italian law firm, LEXIA, has announced the opening of a new office in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, marking a significant step in consolidating its international presence. The office will provide legal and strategic support to Italian and foreign companies, as well as private clients, seeking to operate or expand their business in the Gulf region.
Cristian Fischetti, Partner at LEXIA and Managing Partner of the UAE office, said, “The opening of the Abu Dhabi office represents a strategic step for LEXIA and for our clients. The United Arab Emirates, and Abu Dhabi in particular, offer a solid and dynamic economic environment characterized by regulatory stability, a competitive tax regime, and a business-friendly setting for foreign investments. This presence allows us to directly support Italian and foreign companies, as well as private clients, in their growth projects across the Gulf region, providing an integrated approach and deep knowledge of the local market.”
The Abu Dhabi office will be led by Cristian Fischetti as Managing Partner and will offer legal, tax, and commercial advisory services. The team will focus on company formation, M&A transactions, real estate investments, international taxation, and corporate relocation processes, providing comprehensive support to clients navigating the Gulf’s business landscape.
This initiative expands LEXIA’s global network, reinforcing the firm’s role as a strategic partner for companies and individuals aiming to grow their presence in the Middle East, seize development opportunities, and successfully execute international projects.
