M&CO Legal Hires Sasha Taktikou White as Senior Legal Counsel in Corporate & Commercial Team
The prominent boutique law firm headquartered in Dubai (DIFC) with a strong presence in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, M&CO Legal has welcomed Sasha Taktikou White (Senior Legal Counsel) to its Corporate & Commercial team, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in cross-border investment and hospitality advisory.
Sasha is a senior legal strategic advisor with extensive experience advising boards, family offices, and institutional investors on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions. Her expertise lies in structuring cross-border investments and delivering commercially driven legal solutions.
She has played a key role in structuring institutional-grade hospitality projects involving globally recognised brands such as Six Senses, Baccarat, MGM Resorts International, Marriott International, Shangri-La Group, and Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, delivering investor-ready frameworks with strong risk allocation and long-term asset value.
Prior to joining M&CO Legal, she served as Director Legal Department at AG Consulting. She has also worked as a freelance legal counsel and held senior roles at Brewer Smith Brewer Group and Al Sahlawi & Co, where she led corporate and commercial divisions.
Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles at Key To Success Limited, DION LLC DIFC, and Select Group, advising on corporate structuring, M&A, investments, and large-scale development projects.
Sasha holds a law degree and an LLM in International Business Law from the University of Hull, along with additional legal qualifications from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
Beyond her professional work, she is actively involved in humanitarian initiatives across Africa and Europe, supporting youth education and sustainable community development.
Her appointment reflects M&CO Legal’s continued focus on expanding its corporate and commercial practice in the Middle East.
