Mohammad specializes in Kuwaiti litigation and capital markets regulation, handling advisory services and disputes across sectors including banking, retail, and insurance. His representative matters include contract disputes, medical malpractice defense, intellectual property advice, real estate and construction disputes, and employment law defense.
Mohammad holds a Bachelor of Laws (BA Law) from Al Monoufiya University and is a member of the Egyptian Lawyers Association. Fluent in Arabic and English, he has been a key member of Meysan’s litigation practice in Kuwait, where he focused on complex class action litigation, financial disputes, and regulatory matters.
His promotion reflects his technical expertise, commercial acumen, and dedication to delivering high-quality, practical legal advice.
