Sandeep Dhama joins as Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions team from Stephenson Harwood, where he spent nearly eight years. Based in Dubai since 2010, Dhama has extensive experience advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and foreign direct investment.
