Mohammed Al Eshaikh joins Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer as Partner in Riyadh Corporate Practice
The leading global law firm, Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, has announced the appointment of Mohammed Al Eshaikh as Partner in its Corporate practice, based in Riyadh.
Mohammed joins the firm from AS&H Clifford Chance. His practice covers a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including equity capital markets, restructuring, corporate governance, and general corporate transactions. He has particular expertise in joint ventures, corporate regulatory, and M&A matters, advising government entities, public and private companies, and family businesses across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Commenting on the appointment, Mike Flockhart, Managing Partner, Corporate, UK and EMEA, Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, said:

Sarosh, who relocated to Riyadh from Dubai in early 2025, was appointed Joint Managing Partner for the Middle East alongside Stuart Paterson, leading the firm’s regional strategy. Partner Danila Logofet also relocated to Riyadh in early 2025, further demonstrating the firm’s ongoing commitment to growth and investment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the broader Middle East region.
