RAMS Attorneys Announces Promotion of Sive Mqikela to Partner
The boutique law firm based in Sandton, Johannesburg, RAMS Attorneys is proud to announce the promotion of Sive Mqikela to Partner. Since joining the firm as a Candidate Attorney in 2019, Sive has distinguished himself through his expertise in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and finance.
Sive’s journey reflects not only his commitment to excellence but also his passion for building strong client relationships and contributing to the firm’s growth. His leadership, dedication, and vision embody the core values of RAMS Attorneys, and his elevation marks a significant milestone in his professional journey.
Sive Mqikela
Sive Mqikela brings over six years of experience with RAMS Attorneys, where he progressed from Candidate Attorney to Associate and most recently Senior Associate (Legal). His work has focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and banking and finance. In addition, he currently serves as a Legal Investment Manager at E Squared Investments and has previously worked as a Senior Legal Advisor at the Industrial Development Corporation, further strengthening his expertise in private equity and finance-related matters.
Sive holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of the Witwatersrand, with a focus on Banking and Finance Law, providing a strong academic foundation to complement his practical experience in complex financial and corporate transactions.
Sive Mqikela said,
