Rimon PC Welcomes Luke Stowe as Partner in Middle East Structured Finance Practice
The global law firm, Rimon PC, has welcomed Luke Stowe as a partner in its Middle East Structured Finance team. Stowe joins the firm from Sidley Austin LLP, where he served as counsel in the Global Finance Group, specialising in European Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) transactions.
He has previously worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP, and Clifford Chance, advising on CLOs, securitisations, leveraged finance, and complex structured finance transactions. At Rimon PC, he will focus on structured finance and private credit, with a particular emphasis on CLOs, supporting the firm’s growing regional platform.
Education:
- Bachelor of Laws with Honours (LLB), The University of Sheffield
- Accelerated LPC, The University of Law, Moorgate
- St. Boniface's College, A-levels in History, Psychology, and Philosophy
