Robin Lynn & Lee Expands Team With Partner Caera Lee
Robin Lynn & Lee, a law firm in association with regional firm DFDL, has strengthened its team by hiring Caera Lee as a partner from prominent Malaysian law firm Zaid Ibrahim & Co.
With 13 years of experience, Lee brings a wealth of expertise in advising investors, project sponsors, developers, and financial institutions in the power generation, oil and gas, and infrastructure development sectors. Her practice spans renewable energy projects, production-sharing contracts, and joint operating agreements in the oil and gas industry.
Lee has an extensive track record in advising on projects within Malaysia's energy sector, including conventional and renewable power generation assets, as well as upstream and downstream oil and gas developments. Additionally, she has worked on construction and engineering matters for major infrastructure projects. She had been with Zaid Ibrahim since 2012.
"Caera's deep understanding and strategic insight will be instrumental in providing exceptional value to our clients navigating this evolving landscape," said Robin Teow, managing partner of Robin Lynn & Lee.
