Sarvasūkṣma Strengthens Corporate and M&A Practice with Hire of Rika Rusman
Indonesian law firm Sarvasūkṣma has appointed Rika Rusman as a corporate and M&A partner, joining from Witara Cakra Advocates (WCA), the local association firm of White & Case.
Sarvasūkṣma Expands Corporate & M&A Practice with Rika Rusman as Partner With over 15 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions across diverse sectors, including banking, infrastructure, and technology, Rusman’s appointment is set to bolster Sarvasūkṣma’s transactional services capabilities in response to the growing demand within Southeast Asia's largest economy.
Before joining WCA in 2019, Rusman worked at Ginting & Reksodiputro, the Indonesia association firm of Allen & Overy and Shearman & Sterling, where she spent more than eight years. She has also worked at HHP Law Firm, the local member firm of Baker McKenzie. In 2022, she was recognized as one of ALB Indonesia’s Rising Stars. At Sarvasūkṣma, Rusman will collaborate closely with banking and finance partner Yoshivan Immanuel.
“Rika’s addition expands Sarvasūkṣma’s capabilities in providing domestic and international clients with high-quality corporate transactional services,” the firm said in a statement.
“Sarvasūkṣma clients will benefit from the wealth of experience she brings, along with the hands-on approach and value-driven proposition that Sarvasūkṣma is committed to providing.”
Founded in 2021, Sarvasūkṣma currently has two partners.
