Shahid Law Firm welcomes Moustafa Raouf as Counsel
The prominent Egyptian firm Shahid Law Firm is pleased to announce that Moustafa Raouf has joined the firm as Counsel, further strengthening its legal team. Based in Cairo, Egypt, Moustafa brings extensive experience across corporate, banking, arbitration, and international law.
Moustafa joins Shahid Law Firm from White & Case LLP, where he served as an Associate, having previously held Associate positions at Matouk Bassiouny, Kamal & ElDreny Law Firm, and United Group – Attorneys-at-law, Legal Advisors, and Human Rights Advocates. Throughout his career, he has developed significant expertise in corporate law, banking, criminal matters, arbitration, and private international law, advising clients on complex cross-border and domestic matters.
Commenting on his appointment, Moustafa Raouf said,

Education
Moustafa holds a law degree from Cairo University, where he focused on Banking, Corporate, Criminal, Private International, and Arbitration Law, forming the foundation for his successful legal career in corporate and dispute resolution matters.
Moustafa’s appointment strengthens Shahid Law Firm’s capabilities across corporate and dispute resolution practice areas, reflecting the firm’s commitment to delivering high-quality legal services to its clients.
