Sidley Austin Appoints Manoj Bhargava and Leonard Ng as Co-Managing Partners of Singapore Office

The global law firm Sidley Austin has announced the appointment of Manoj Bhargava and Leonard Ng as Co-Managing Partners of its Singapore office, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to cross-border collaboration and seamless service across key global markets.

Bhargava, who also co-leads the firm’s India practice, focuses on international capital markets with a particular emphasis on India and Southeast Asia. He has advised on more than 260 equity and debt capital markets offerings, helping raise over US$65 billion for Indian companies.

Ng, a member of Sidley’s Executive Committee and head of the UK/EU Financial Services Regulatory group, advises global financial institutions on complex regulatory issues. While continuing his practice in London, Ng has taken on the additional role of Co-Managing Partner in Singapore, strengthening Sidley’s London-to-Asia corridor and expanding cross-border opportunities for clients.
