Reputed US law firm Squire Patton Boggs has added data security and technology specialist Charmian Aw as a partner in Singapore.
With her addition, the number of partners in the firm’s Singapore office has risen to 11. It includes shipping specialist Joel Cockerell, who joined last year as a partner.
With over a decade’s experience, Aw advises international companies on multi-jurisdictional projects regarding compliance, data governance, digital transformation, emerging technologies, cybersecurity readiness and incident response, and cross-border transfers.
Aw has worked for the Singapore Big Four law firm Drew & Napier for nearly 12 years. In 2018, she joined Reed Smith.
