Global law firm Stephenson Harwood has strengthened its Asia-Pacific corporate practice with the strategic hire of partner Amy Yu in Hong Kong.

"Yu's extensive experience adds crucial depth to our regional M&A practice and bolsters our IPO capabilities," said Evangeline Quek, Managing Partner at Stephenson Harwood. "She seamlessly integrates with our team and will be instrumental in our continued growth."
Global Head of Corporate, Tom Nicholls, emphasised the strategic value of Yu's addition. "Her expertise in high-profile ECM and M&A transactions significantly enhances our support for clients in the region," he affirmed.
