Tayla Moorley Appointed Director at Fairbridges
Fairbridges has appointed Tayla Moorley as Director, recognising her continued contributions to the firm’s conveyancing and notarial practice.
Moorley specialises in conveyancing and notarial practice and advises estate agents, private sellers, and property buyers on a wide range of property transactions. Admitted as an Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer in 2020, her practice focuses on residential property transfers, consolidations and subdivisions, drafting sale and notarial agreements, antenuptial contracts, correspondent matters, and the registration of Nedbank mortgage bonds. She is known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and proactive management of transactions to ensure smooth and compliant property registrations.
Prior to her promotion, Moorley served as Associate Director at Fairbridges from March 2024 to March 2026 and as Senior Associate from March 2023 to February 2024. Earlier in her career, she worked at AJ Scholtz Attorneys as an Associate Attorney, Notary Public & Conveyancer and began her legal training as a Candidate Attorney at Casper Le Roux Attorneys.
Education
Moorley holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (Cum Laude) from University of Pretoria (2017).
