Corporate specialist Jean-Denis Marx has joined Tokyo International Law Office as a partner, after spending 30 years at Baker McKenzie.

Marx helps overseas businesses with their legal matters in Japan, such as company and labour law compliance, partnerships, licenses, franchises, contracts, and IP disputes.

He began his legal career at Coudert Frères in Paris in 1990, before moving to Baker & McKenzie’s Tokyo office in 1994.
