Interior Design Startup Flipspaces Raises $35 Million To Expand Business
Interior Design Startup Flipspaces Raises $35 Million To Expand Business
Startup Flipspaces, a leading provider of fully integrated, technology-driven design and building solutions for commercial spaces, has raised $35 million (around Rs 297 crore) in a primary and secondary capital funding round to expand its business operations.
The round was led by tech growth investor Iron Pillar and supported by existing backers Prudent Investment Managers and new investor Synergy Capital. The round also witnessed an exit by Carpediem, Flipspaces’ early-stage investors.
The fresh capital will be deployed to accelerate Flipspaces' growth across India, the United States, and the UAE, strengthen its proprietary technology platform, and explore inorganic growth opportunities in new geographies and adjacent business categories.
Flipspaces focuses on the SMB (Small and Medium Business) segment, which accounts for approximately 60 per cent of the commercial interior design and build market. The company has delivered over 8 million square feet of commercial spaces for more than 1000 brands across India and the US, achieving a remarkable compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 65 per cent in the last four years while maintaining profitable execution.
Kunal Sharma, Founder and CEO of Flipspaces, said, “We are building a technology-led brand aimed at transforming the customer experience in commercial design and build, globally. Our conviction lies in scaling with both speed and sustainability, driven by a replicable, tech-powered delivery model that balances growth with profitability.”
With this funding, Flipspaces plans to enhance its end-to-end tech capabilities, improve operational efficiencies, and deepen its footprint in key international markets to meet the growing demand for seamless commercial space solutions.
