Latham & Watkins LLP represented SailingStone Capital Partners LLC in its equity investment in Trinity Gas Storage, LLC, a company that is developing a natural gas storage facility in Texas. The investment is part of a larger equity consortium that includes Transition Equity Partners, LLC (TEP), Pan Capital Management, Abrdn, and Rice Investment Group.
Debt financing for the project is being led by Investec, who will act as Joint Lead Arranger and Administrative Agent.
