Gustavo Sartori

Gustavo Sartori, Partner and Co-Head of Patent Prosecution at Daniel Law, is a seasoned patent attorney with extensive experience in patents and industrial designs since 2004. He holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering, an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, and a Law Degree. Gustavo has worked at intellectual property firms in Brazil, served as in-house patent counsel at Vale S.A., contributed to the 3G network deployment at Ericsson, and participated in many patent litigation cases involving telecom standard essential patents in Brazil.
