Harini has over 16 years of experience, and is qualified to practice in California and India. She also has CIPP/E and CIPP/US certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals. Prior to joining the Firm, Harini had an independent practice advising startups and international organisations on various technology, AI and data protection issues. Before this, Harini was legal counsel at INTERPOL, advising the Cybercrime Directorate on data processing and governance matters, data sharing with the private sector, and data protection compliance
