Aashhima V Khanna Joins Hindustan Zinc as Compliance Officer
Hindustan Zinc Limited has appointed Aashhima V Khanna as the Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) under Section 203 of the
Companies Act, 2013, and as the Compliance Officer in accordance with Regulation 6 of the SEBI Listing Regulations and Regulation 9(3) of the SEBI (Prohibition
of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, effective from January 28, 2025.
Aashhima is a seasoned Company Secretary with over 14 years of expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs. She is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), a law graduate, and holds an MBA from ICFAI Business School.
Before joining Hindustan Zinc Limited, Aashhima served as the Company Secretary at Dalmia Bharat Sugar & Industries Limited and was a key part of thev Dalmia Bharat Group for more than 14 years. Throughout her career, she has been pivotal in driving compliance initiatives and enhancing the corporate governance framework across both listed and unlisted companies.
