The General Counsel of Actis - Ratnadeep Roychowdhury will soon join Nishith Desai Associates (NDA) as a Leader in the Private Equity /M&A practice.

At Actis – a global emerging markets investment firm focused on the private equity, energy, infrastructure, and real estate asset classes having presence across Asia, Africa, and Latin America – he was working as the General Counsel for more than 3 years.

Before joining Actis, he was working as a Partner at AZB & Partners – one of India's leading law firms. He has also worked with Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co.
