Ami Parikh appointed President Legal & General Counsel at Pidilite Industries
Pidilite Industries Limited has appointed Ami Parikh as President Legal and General Counsel. In her new role, Parikh will oversee the group’s legal, regulatory, governance, and compliance functions, supporting Pidilite’s strategic priorities, risk management framework, and long-term growth agenda.
Parikh brings over two decades of experience across law firms and in-house roles. She was most recently General Counsel at Asian Paints and previously served as Head of Legal & Compliance at Experian India. Her earlier career includes tenures as Partner at AZB & Partners and over a decade heading the Transaction Support Group at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Parikh also worked at Hariani and Company, DSK Legal, and Malvi Ranchoddas & Co.
A Government Law College, Mumbai alumna, Parikh holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Commerce from Mithibai College.
With Parikh’s appointment, Pidilite strengthens its leadership bench to navigate the increasingly complex regulatory, legal, and governance landscape in India and globally.
