Amit Jajoo and Sushmita Gandhi joins Trilegal to boost its Disputes Practice.

Amit and Sushmita each bring almost two decades of experience representing global clients in critical matters spanning commercial litigation, international arbitration, and regulatory investigations. Their practices align with Trilegal’s strategic focus on complex, cross-border, and industry-shaping disputes.
Amit Jajoo is a seasoned disputes practitioner with a strong focus on domestic and international arbitration, particularly in complex commercial, shareholder, and technology-related matters. His litigation portfolio includes matters across white collar crimes, intellectual property, private client, and regulatory disputes, with significant experience in proceedings before SEBI/SAT and the Enforcement Directorate. He has handled several commercial and high-value company court cases, setting up leading precedents.
Sushmita Gandhi brings deep experience in high-value disputes, including precedent-setting arbitration awards and complex multi-jurisdictional enforcement matters. Her arbitration practice spans domestic and international mandates in the construction, infrastructure, energy, and commercial sectors. In litigation, she is known for her work in banking and finance disputes, civil fraud, enforcement actions, and insolvency-related proceedings, acting for leading financial institutions, corporates, and resolution professionals.
