Ananya Sharma Appointed As Group General Counsel Of JSW Group

Erstwhile Partner at AZB & Partners, Ananya Sharma has moved to JSW Group as Group General Counsel.

Ananya, an alumnus of Symbiosis International University (2007), spent nearly 16 years at AZB & Partners, including nearly 9 years as a Partner.

With close to 17 years of professional experience, Ananya has overseen significant private equity transactions in India, focusing on areas such as Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Venture Capital, Corporate Law, Defence, and M&A.
