Argus Partners Promotes Nidhi Arya, Rachika Agrawal Sahay, Udit Mendiratta, Tushar Thimmiah and Vallishree Chandra
The firm hopes to strengthen its practices and achieve greater heights
Argus Partners has announced the elevation of Nidhi Arya, Rachika Agrawal Sahay and Udit Mendiratta to equity partnership, and Tushar Thimmiah and Vallishree Chandra as salaried partners.
Expressing his sentiments on the promotions, Krishnava Dutt, the managing partner at Argus Partners said, “I warmly welcome Arya, Sahay and Mendiratta into the equity partnership and am delighted to have them as part of the firm’s lockstep. I also warmly welcome Thimmiah and Chandra as salaried partners. I wish them all the best in their new roles and am certain that their addition would strengthen the firm significantly and enable us to achieve greater heights.”
Nidhi Arya is one of the core members of the finance, real estate and corporate practice. She became a salaried partner in 2019. Her expertise lies in advising banks, financial institutions and private credit funds on various loans and investments.
Rachika Agrawal Sahay is a key member of the corporate, energy and infrastructure practice. She became a salaried partner at the Delhi office in 2021. Her expertise spans across various sectors, including investments and M&A in the renewable and EV space.
Udit Mendiratta joined the firm as a salaried partner in 2021. He is an integral part of the corporate and commercial disputes and technology practice. He represents clients across industries such as infrastructure, hospitality, real estate, renewable energy, oil and gas and technology before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.
Tushar Thimmiah is a member of the private equity & venture capital, corporate and M&A practice in Bengaluru. He specializes in advising domestic and foreign venture capital funds, private equity funds and multinational corporations.
Vallishree Chandra is a member of the private equity & venture capital, corporate and M&A practice in Bengaluru. Her expertise lies in advising clients on cross-border deals across industry sectors including fintech, artificial intelligence and SaaS.
