Ashurst hires Restructuring and Insolvency expert Lance Jiang as Partner in Hong Kong

London headquartered Ashurst has appointed Lance Jiang, a Restructuring and Insolvency specialist, as a Partner in Hong Kong from Addleshaw Goddard after it recently closed its office in Hong Kong.

Jiang is the latest Addleshaws Hong Kong partner to leave the firm. He followed litigator Janie Wong, who joined Howse Williams, and disputes head Ronald Sum, who joined Baker McKenzie.

Jiang has over two decades of experience and specializes in cross-border restructurings and insolvencies with a Chinese element. He joined Addleshaw Goddard in 2018 after working in-house at Great Wall AMC International Holdings, a Chinese distressed-debt manager.
