AZB & Partners has announced the hiring of Sumit Mangal as a Partner in Tax practice. He will be based at the firm's Delhi office.

With over 15 years of expertise in Direct Tax, Sumit has advocated for clients in front of Tax authorities, Tribunals, and Courts. His proficiency extends to managing disputes related to foreign exchange control matters. Sumit offers counsel across an extensive spectrum of direct tax concerns, showcasing particular specialisation in international tax and transfer pricing.

Before his tenure at AZB & Partners, Sumit served as a Tax Partner at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India for more than 15 years.
