Chandhiok & Mahajan promotes Natasha Tuli and Shreya Gupta to partnership
The leading full-service Indian law firm, Chandhiok & Mahajan, Advocates and Solicitors (C&M) has promoted Natasha Tuli and Shreya Gupta to its partnership, strengthening its senior bench across corporate transactions and technology regulation. These promotions increase the firm’s partnership strength to 20 partners.
The induction of Natasha and Shreya reflects the firm’s ongoing strategy to enhance its leadership bench to support growing client demand and a widening range of complex mandates.
Natasha Tuli – Partner, Corporate & M&A
Based in New Delhi, Natasha joins the partnership in the Corporate and M&A practice. With over 17 years of experience, she advises corporates, investors, NBFCs, and financial institutions on complex transactional and advisory matters. Natasha has led high-value mandates across sectors including technology, manufacturing, automotive, real estate, life sciences, and renewable energy. Her practice spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity, banking and finance, cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring, and governance advisory. She also brings expertise in debt structuring, loan documentation, and security creation, representing both lenders and borrowers.
Prior to joining C&M, Natasha held senior roles at leading Indian law firms and in-house positions with global organisations in the United Kingdom, giving her a well-rounded international perspective.
Education: Natasha holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from UCL (2007–2008) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Amity Law School, GGSIPU (2002–2007).
Shreya Gupta – Partner, Data Privacy, Cyber Security & Technology
Based in Mumbai, Shreya joins the partnership in the firm’s Data Privacy, Cyber Security, and Technology practice. She advises Indian and multinational companies, including technology firms, fintechs, startups, and global corporations, on data protection, privacy compliance, cybersecurity, and technology risk management. Her expertise spans the DPDP Act, GDPR, CCPA, cross-border data transfers, and privacy strategy. Shreya combines global in-house and advisory experience and actively contributes to industry initiatives, helping shape best practices in the evolving privacy and technology landscape.
Education & Achievements: Shreya holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Information Technology from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Government Law College, Mumbai (2011–2016), graduating with distinction. She was actively involved in the Model United Nations Society, serving as Deputy Secretary General and PR Head, chaired multiple MUN conferences across India, and attended the Harvard MUN in Boston in 2013. She was also part of the Legal Aid Committee and the Rotaract Club. Earlier, Shreya studied at Mayo College Girls’ School (2000–2007) and Maharani Gayatri Devi Girls’ School (2007–2011), where she was Cultural Captain, a national-level football player, and represented the school in multiple leadership and cultural roles.
