CMS INDUSLAW hires Partners Abir Lal Dey and Satyadarshi Kunal
CMS INDUSLAW has strengthened its Banking & Finance practice with the addition of Partners Abir Lal Dey and Satyadarshi Kunal from Saraf & Partners. Both bring extensive experience across banking, project finance, structured finance, and debt restructuring, and will be joining with their team, including Senior Associate Arnav Sinha and other associates.
Mohit Saraf, founder of Saraf & Partners, confirmed the departures, saying:

Abir Lal Dey
Abir Lal Dey brings nearly two decades of experience in banking, project finance, structured finance, insolvency, and debt restructuring. He has deep sectoral expertise across solar, wind, thermal, oil & gas, roads, ports, real estate, aviation, and more. He is also an active adviser to startups and fintech companies. Prior to this, Dey has worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Luthra & Luthra, and Link Legal.
Qualification
Dey is an alumnus of Symbiosis Law School, Pune, holding a B.S.L., LL.B. degree.
Satyadarshi Kunal
Satyadarshi Kunal has over 15 years of experience advising on banking & finance, fintech, project finance, and debt restructuring. He has worked on a broad range of domestic and cross-border transactions across shipping, technology, manufacturing, power, renewable energy, roads, and ports. Previously, he has been associated with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Luthra & Luthra, IL&FS Financial Services, and ICICI Bank.
Qualification
Kunal is a graduate of Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur.
