Cravath, Swaine & Moore Appoints Rohan Saha As Partner In London Office
Cravath, Swaine & Moore Appoints Rohan Saha as Partner in London Office
Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP has announced the addition of Rohan Saha as a Partner in its Corporate Practice in London, further strengthening the firm's cross-border financing and private credit capabilities.
Rohan brings over 13 years of international legal experience, with a strong focus on complex cross-border leveraged acquisition financings. He has advised a wide range of clients, including investment banks, private credit funds, commercial banks, subordinated credit providers, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on a variety of financing transactions.
A 2011 graduate of the National Academy of Legal Studies and Research (NALSAR), Hyderabad, Rohan trained and practiced at Linklaters LLP for more than a decade, where he also completed a secondment at Goldman Sachs. His international exposure, especially in the European and Asian legal markets, positions him well to enhance Cravath’s global finance practice.
At Cravath, a part of Rohan’s focus will be to help develop and strengthen the firm’s strategic relationships in India, a growing area of interest for many international investors and financial institutions.
Rohan’s joining follows Cravath’s continued efforts to expand its global footprint and bolster its talent bench in key financial centres like London.
Commenting on his new role, Rohan Saha said,
Proud and honoured to join the partnership at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, together with my partner Chris Medley. With thanks for the many messages of support, we’re excited to reconnect with clients and friends in the coming days, and I look forward to collaborating with the incredible Cravath team in London and the US!
