Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Onboards Siddharth K. Vedula As A Partner In General Corporate Practice
India’s leading law firm Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has appointed Siddharth K. Vedula as a Partner in the Firm’s General Corporate Practice in the Mumbai office. He specialises in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions.
A graduate from National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore, Siddharth has previously worked in various in-house roles with private equity funds as well as Indian and international corporates on transactions across a variety of sectors including technology, healthcare, real estate, and financial services. He has previously worked with the Embassy Group as General Counsel. Prior to that, he has also worked at the Embassy REIT and at Samunnati, an agri-focused NBFC.
Welcoming him on board, Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, said that “I am delighted to welcome Siddharth to the firm. With his wide experience and exposure to the industry, he will be great addition to the corporate practice group and further enhance our capabilities to support our clients.”
