Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Welcomes Himanshu Chahar As A Partner At Its Abu Dhabi Office
Himanshu Chahar re-joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas in its Abu Dhabi office (CAM Middle East) in a partnership role as Director – Corporate Transactions.
Himanshu has over 15 years of experience. He specializes in Corporate and M&A with extensive experience in India and the Middle East. He is well-regarded for his proficiency across multiple business sectors and experience on many noteworthy M&A deals. His areas of focus include M&A, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, corporate governance, foreign investments and policy matters across various industry sectors.
As a commonwealth qualified lawyer, Himanshu regularly assists his clients with navigating complex Indian and UAE law matters.

Himanshu graduated from ILS Law College (University of Pune) in 2009. He is recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ in the Middle East by the International Financial Law Review (IFLR, Euromoney).
On his joining, Himanshu Chahar, Director – Corporate Transactions, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Abu Dhabi said, “CAM’s expansion in the Middle East underscores the firm’s commitment to the region. The Firm announced opening of its Abu Dhabi office in March this year. CAM Middle East offers legal advice focusing on its Indian law expertise on commercial and corporate matters and Arbitration. CAM Middle East office is in ADGM at Al Sila Tower, Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
