Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Welcomes Oishika Dasgupta As A Partner In Its Capital Markets Practice
Ms. Oishika Dasgupta has re-joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Capital Markets Practice. She will be based in the Mumbai office.
Oishika graduated from Gujarat National Law University (GNLU) in the year 2014 and has 11 years of experience in equity capital markets transactions; infrastructure investment trust offerings, debt capital markets, corporate governance and securities law matters.
Welcoming her back, Mr. Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas said, “I am delighted to welcome Oishika back to the Firm as Partner. With her arrival, we continue to strengthen our capital markets capabilities to serve our clients.”
