Ms. Rachika Sahay has joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Project and Infrastructure Practice along with a team of 4 associates. She will be based in Delhi-NCR office.
Rachika, an accomplished lawyer, graduated from National Law Institute University, Bhopal and pursued her post graduation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). She has over 20 years of experience in handling a wide spectrum of deals in the energy and infrastructure sector throughout the value chain – starting from M&A, bid advisory services to structuring of the project SPV/company incorporation, contract execution, land acquisition, assisting with obtaining statutory approvals, licenses and permits, operational issues and challenges alongside dispute. Her clients include oil and gas majors, energy producers, manufacturers, investment companies, real estate, and infrastructure companies.
Her achievements have earned her recognition from Asian Legal Business, Legal500 Asia-Pacific, Forbes Legal Powerlist, Insights Success, Legal Era etc. She has been acknowledged by various leading national and international publications for her work and is often invited to speak on issues related to energy and infrastructure.
