Delhivery Deputy General Counsel Siddharth Tiwary Joins Philips as Senior Legal Counsel
Philips has appointed Siddharth Tiwary as Senior Legal Counsel. Tiwary joins the global healthcare major from Delhivery, where he served as Deputy General Counsel & Director, bringing with him extensive in-house legal experience across multiple leading organizations.
Tiwary is a 2014 graduate of the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences (WBNUJS), Kolkata.
With nearly a decade of professional experience, he has built a strong career across diverse in-house legal roles at leading organisations. Over the years, he has worked with prominent companies including Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., Ola Electric, and most recently Delhivery. He also had a brief stint at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas during the initial phase of his legal career, where he gained valuable exposure to banking and finance transactions and insolvency law matters.
At Delhivery, Tiwary served as Deputy General Counsel & Director, handling a wide range of corporate legal functions and strategic advisory matters. Prior to that, he worked as Senior Legal Counsel at Ola Electric and Legal Counsel at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., where he advised on cross-border financing, structured loan transactions, insolvency matters, and overseas legal advisory for multiple jurisdictions.
Announcing his new role, Tiwary said,

In his new position at Philips, Tiwary is expected to play a key role in strengthening the company’s legal and compliance framework while supporting its business operations in India.
