Dentons has announced the appointment of Ignacio Lopez de Romana as a Partner in Banking and Finance practice in Lima. Ignacio is regarded as highly in the area of banking and finance which will strengthen the Firm's offering for clients in the financial institutions sector.

Ignacio extensive expertise in advising clients in the banking and financial sectors, with a particular expertise in assisting financial entities in complex financial transactions with agricultural, fishing and mining companies, gained in his previous work at leading local firms and an international bank.
