Dhrupad Vaghani Launches Anchorstone Legal, a Full-Service Law Firm in Mumbai
Dhrupad Vaghani, Co-Founder and former Partner at Lex Aeterna Practices (LEAP), has moved on from the firm along with a core group of his team to establish Anchorstone Legal, a contemporary full-service law practice based in Mumbai.
Anchorstone Legal sets out with strong capabilities in litigation, insolvency, and corporate advisory, further reinforced by onboarding partners with specialist expertise in real estate, commercial disputes, and corporate law. With this multidisciplinary foundation, the new firm is positioned to address the evolving needs of India’s dynamic legal market.
The new firm begins its operations with a team of three partners, one associate partner, three senior associates, and five associates, establishing a balanced structure that reflects its growth ambitions. While the firm is headquartered in Mumbai, it plans to expand its footprint across India in the near future.
A seasoned lawyer, Vaghani has notable experience in banking & finanDhrupad Vaghani has launched Anchorstone Legal, a new full-service law firm in Mumbai, alongside a core team focusing on litigation, insolvency, corporate advisory, and more.ce, insolvency, and dispute resolution, having represented prominent financial institutions, resolution professionals, corporates, and investors in complex, high-value matters. His practice covers debt recovery, restructuring, distressed asset resolution, and commercial litigation, with appearances before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, and other judicial and regulatory bodies.
On the launch of Anchorstone Legal, Vaghani said,
