Dhruti Dholakia has joined AZB & Partners as a Partner and senior member in the real estate practice in Mumbai.

With three decades of experience in the real estate sector, her expertise encompasses strategic and advisory support, negotiating high-stake deals and handling land acquisitions, due diligence, financing and corporate documents and litigation.

She was earlier the President Legal at Macrotech Developers.
