Dipalok Dutta Choudhary joins Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals as General Counsel

Dipalok Dutta Choudhary has joined Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited, as its General Counsel. Dipalok, has around eighteen years of experience in legal and compliance domain. Of these eighteen years, close to nine years were with Tata Group where he has worked in various capacities and managed some of the leading superbrands of India including "TATA Salt".

In his last assignment, he was working with Avenue Supermarts Limited (DMart) as General Manager-Legal where he headed the legal operations vertical and corporate legal functions, at group level i.e., of Avenue Supermarts Limited and its subsidiary companies.

Dipalok, is recipient of "Rising Star Young Achievers Award" in the year 2018 been bestowed by Legal Era, India's No. 1 Legal and Business Magazine, for been recognized as one of the top forty lawyers under the age of 40.

Dipalok, has also been recognized as one of the top 40 compliance professionals under the age of 40 by Legasis Services, a corporate entity who recognizes and honours compliance professionals, and bestowed "40 under 40" award in the year 2019.
