Dr. Sanjeev Gemawat joins Vedanta Resources as a General Counsel

With over two decades of experience, he has worked with several prestigious organizations

Dr. Sanjeev Gemawat, who served as Group General Counsel of Dalmia Bharat Group for over six years, has quit the organization to join Vedanta Resources as a Group General Counsel.

During a career spanning over 26 years, Dr. Sanjeev Gemawat has had exposure as a litigating lawyer and held leadership positions in prominent organizations including Olivetti, JCB, GBC, and DLF Limited.

Having graduated from JNV University, Jodhpur in 1994, he also completed his Master's from the same university in 1996. Dr. Sanjeev Gemawat is also a qualified Company Secretary with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Chartered Accountant at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
