New Delhi-based law firm Emerald Law Offices has bolstered its Corporate and M&A Practice by hiring Senior Partner Madhavan Srivatsan and his entire team.
Madhavan Srivatsan is a highly respected corporate lawyer with over two decades of proven success in providing strategic legal advice to clients across a wide range of industries.
Before joining Emerald Law Offices, Madhavan was a partner at Desai & Diwanji and then opened a boutique law firm with Khizer Qureshi, serving a wide range of clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, project financing, information technology, data protection, startups, and general corporate law.
