Ex-OYO Legal Head Anurag Pareek Joins Liminal Custody as General Counsel
The wallet infrastructure provider, trusted by institutions since April 2021, Liminal Custody is pleased to announce the appointment of Anurag Pareek as its General Counsel, effective October 2025. Anurag brings over 17 years of experience in corporate M&A and transactional law, having worked across leading law firms and in-house roles. He is an alumnus of National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS), one of India’s premier National Law Universities.
Since 2019, Anurag has held a pivotal leadership role at OYO, heading legal operations for the US and LATAM regions, managing complex mandates spanning strategic M&A, joint ventures, fundraises, capital markets initiatives, and high-stakes litigation.
At Liminal Custody, Anurag will leverage his global experience in managing legal teams and executing high-value cross-border transactions to strengthen the Firm’s legal and governance framework.
Commenting on his appointment, Anurag Pareek said,
