The Indian law firm, Antares Legal is delighted to welcome Vivek Jha as Partner at its Gurugram office. With almost two decades of experience, Vivek joins from Fox Mandal & Associates, where he served as Partner, bringing with him a robust practice spanning corporate and commercial law, with deep expertise in foreign investments, private equity, venture capital, M&A, takeovers, and joint ventures.
Over the years, he has advised a diverse portfolio of corporates, funds, investors, start-ups, and government institutions, and has built a strong reputation for providing commercially sound and strategically sharp counsel. Vivek’s previous experience includes roles at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., Vertices Partners, and Khaitan & Co., adding to the depth and breadth of expertise he brings to the Antares Legal team.
Vivek Jha is a 2006 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur, and has developed a robust practice covering transactional and corporate advisory matters, with a particular focus on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
