FTI Consulting hires Sophie Lenox

As a senior legal counsel in Asia-Pacific team Advisory firm in Singapore, Sophie Lenox was appointed by FTI Consulting. Previously she worked in Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) over and above 16 years.

With an experience of advising clients on cross-border M&A transactions, joint venture arrangements and issues related to corporate governance, Lenox is FTI's first legal counsel in the APAC region. Her legal career graph started since 2005 and she moved from London to Singapore in 2018.

She was appointed just after some months FTI hired Rachel Layburn, forensic investigations expert, as a senior managing director in Singapore.
