Gautam Saha, the Senior Partner at AZB & Partners has resigned from the firm where he served for 19 years. He is joining Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A) to head its NCR office.
According to TT&A, this is a significant move to increase its pan-India footprint.
The firm, in a note, said, "We believe our clients and lawyers will greatly benefit from a joint practice and natural synergies, given the breadth of practice areas spanned by Saha and team, coupled with TT&A's strong reputation and presence in the corporate and finance practices."
