Hari Dasan EVK Appointed Senior Head Legal at Bajaj Housing Finance
Bajaj Housing Finance has appointed Hari Dasan EVK as Senior Head Legal, strengthening the legal leadership of the Company’s subsidiary.
Hari Dasan EVK brings 27 years of extensive in-house legal experience in the banking and financial services sector, covering legal strategy, compliance, and risk management. He has previously worked with institutions such as Canara Bank, State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur, Vijaya Bank, BNP Paribas, Rabo India Finance, Fullerton India Credit Company, YES Bank, Tata Capital Financial Services, and Manappuram Finance. Prior to this appointment, he was associated with Bajaj Finance for over six years.
Upon joining, Hari Dasan EVK said,
“I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Head Legal at Bajaj Housing Finance Limited!”
Prior to this role, Hari held senior leadership positions managing national and regional legal teams, supporting corporate governance, drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on regulatory and compliance matters, and overseeing litigation and dispute management. His expertise spans banking, financial services, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and structured finance documentation.
Hari is a graduate of Dr. Ambedkar Govt. Law College and holds an LL.M. in International & Constitutional Laws from University of Madras. He also studied at Madurai Law College.
Hari’s appointment reinforces Bajaj Housing Finance’s commitment to strong legal governance and strategic risk management, further strengthening its position as a leading player in the financial services industry.
