Heena Singh Joins ArcelorMittal As Head Of Legal, India

Heena Singh, former Corporate Partner at Talwar Thakore & Associates (TT&A), has joined ArcelorMittal as the Head of Legal, India. Ashok Kumar continues to serve as the General Counsel of ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel.

With over 17 years of experience, Singh specializes in M&A, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory. A 2007 graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur, she spent 15 years at AZB & Partners, where she was a Partner for six years, before moving to TT&A as a Partner for nearly three years.

During her tenure at TT&A, she also completed a secondment with American Tower Corporation.

Announcing her transition on LinkedIn, she shared, "After 18 memorable years with AZB & Partners and TT&A, I am starting my in-house journey as the Head of Legal at ArcelorMittal, India. I am excited to work with the entire ArcelorMittal team and contribute to its growth journey!"
