JSA Advocates & Solicitors Adds Shivangi Sharma Talwar As Partner In Corporate Practice
She was earlier serving at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co
JSA Advocates & Solicitors has announced the addition of Shivangi Sharma Talwar as a partner in corporate practice in Gurugram, Haryana.
She has over 14 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, insurance and corporate advisory. Having worked on corporate mandates across sectors, Talwar has expertise in the insurance sector and has served some of the world’s largest insurance companies and intermediaries.
Welcoming Talwar, Amar Gupta and Vivek K. Chandy, Joint Managing Partners, JSA Advocates & Solicitors, said, “Talwar’s diverse transactional and specialist experience in the insurance sector will be of significant value to our clients. We welcome her to the family.”

An alumnus of NLIU, Bhopal, she earned her LLM in business laws from the National University of Singapore.
Talwar was associated with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co for nine years and held the position of a partner for three years.
