Keshav Dhakad joins Flipkart as Senior Vice-President and General Counsel
Keshav Dhakad joins Flipkart as Senior Vice-President and General Counsel
Keshav Dhakad has joined the Flipkart Group as the Senior Vice-President & General Counsel. His diverse and talented legal team is a partner to numerous business units of the Flipkart Group, namely Flipkart, Flipkart Health+, Myntra, Cleartrip, Flipkart Wholesale, among other affiliate businesses. In this capacity, Keshav is also a member of the Executive Leadership Team of the Flipkart Group and the Global Legal Leadership Team of Walmart International, developing and executing strategies, initiatives, policies for people, technology, and business priorities.
Keshav has over 23 years of law firm and in-house experience. Before joining Flipkart, he had been working at Microsoft Corporation for more than 15 years as the Group Head and General Counsel for Microsoft India.
He has also worked with Anand and Anand as Partner in the IT & E-Commerce Litigation & Advisory.
Keshav is a 1999 graduate of Campus Law Centre, Delhi University. He holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, USA. He is also admitted to practice in the New York State Bar.
